This booty builder class is designed to build, shape and tone a good looking booty, whilst toning legs and waist for an hour glass figure. A functional mobility warm up is performed first to make sure the glutes are fully activated during the workout. This class is mainly lower body dominant with some strategic core thrown in to compliment the booty.
This class uses steps, heavy resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to specifically target the glutes. In short you will be feeling the burn and building the booty!
