Bodyweight Circuits is a full body, fitness and toning workout that uses an assortment of bodyweight exercises to give you a complete full body workout! This focuses mainly on strength based exercises but also incorporates HIIT exercises to boost your energy levels and reduce stress.
Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, receive stress, tone up or all of the the above then bodyweight circuits is a great addition to your training as it has everything wrapped into one tidy workout.
