Circuits is a full body, fitness and toning workout that uses an assortment of equipment such as free weights, kettlebells, cables and bodyweight exercises to give you a complete full body workout! Most circuit training classes only use boring bodyweight exercises but the Phoenix Training studio is fully equipped with all the above plus HIIT Equipment, Spin Bikes and a multitude of fitness toys to get you fit in a fun, group training atmosphere.
Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, receive stress, tone up or all of the the above then circuits is a great addition to your training week as it has everything wrapped into one today workout.
