Recovery Roll is a small group class that has you using foam rollers and Lacrosse balls to perform various “top to toe” self massage exercises to alleviate trigger points and improve your flexibility and mobility. This class can be used as a good old self massage session or a learning class to show you how to incorporate recovery rolling into your gym based warm ups, cool downs or recovery days.
