Recovery Roll is a class that has you using foam rollers and Lacrosse/tennis balls to perform various “top to toe” self massage exercises to alleviate trigger points and improve your flexibility and mobility. This class can be used as a good old self massage session or a learning class to show you how to incorporate recovery rolling into your gym based warm ups, cool downs or recovery days.

Recovery Rolling can improve any type of fitness goal because it improves the way you move and also helps to prevent injuries.
