This freestyle, total body workout combines aerobic and bodyweight exercises and is mainly lower body dominant to shape, tone and condition your legs with abs and upper body mixed in to finish with. You can expect body weight HIIT mixed in to get your heart going and a relaxing stretch to finish.
This class is intentionally different every time to keep you guessing and never knowing what to expect for the workout. If you just want to rock up and have a full body workout then this class is for you!
