What happens if my barcode doesn’t work and I have trouble entering your Gyms in Norwich?

We provide various size lockers and also provide bag racks within each training room for larger bags that may not fit within the lockers.

Lockers require you to bring your own padlock or padlocks are available within our vending machine.

We also provide smaller “wallet, phone and key ” size lockers, which also take pad locks.

Like any business, we do not recommend that you leave valuables unattended and bags and clothing are not allowed to be left within the changing room whilst you train.

If you do not want to leave valuables unattended in a bag then we recommend bringing a bag that fits within the lockers.

When you join Phoenix Gym, you will be sent a link to download our member app.

Within the app is your unique barcode, which you will use to scan at reception for admission to the club, through the speed gate.

If you do not have a smart phone then it may be possible to provide you with a key fob at reception instead.

To leave the club, you will need to refresh the barcode on the app by double clicking the barcode with your finger. This will refresh it and allow you to leave quickly and easily.

Yes, all new members receive 2 x free 60 minute personal training sessions to show you how to use the equipment or help to design you with a “kiss starter” programme.
