If your barcode doesn’t work for some reason then we can help you get this resolved at the reception desk.
If it doesn’t seem to work as you leave then this is likely because you can not closed down your app since scanning into the club and you need to refresh the barcode.
You can do this quickly and easily by double tapping the barcode and it should then work.
If someone is not immediately at the desk to help you then just press the bell for assistance.
