Alice is an inspiring and truly dedicated female Personal Trainer, here at Phoenix Gym Norwich. She understands that most people don’t have anyone in their corner, who really cares about them and their personal journey, so she makes this her core focus.

Alice becomes her clients biggest fan, helping them boost confidence, feel understood and making exercise fun in an inclusive environment, whilst also bringing the positivity and technical know how.

Alice has a huge sporting background, so brings a lot of personal experience into her sessions. Often times her clients mention that they have lost 1-3 stone as a result of simply feeling better about themselves and also enjoying the ride…
