Daniel is an Experienced Personal Trainer and Competitive Body Builder in Norwich, who specialises in 16 week Physical Transformations.
Usually Dan’s clients want to lose excess body fat, build and tone lean muscle and look and feel the best they can in the shortest amount of time possible. Built into the 16 week programmes is 100% accountability for diet, exercise and life-style habits which boosts motivation, focus and energy.
Daniel has 12 years of resistance training experience, practically living in the gym and is laid back, easy going but always focused on his goals. This passion has led Daniel to gather vast amounts of knowledge, not just in training but in nutrition, dieting strategies such as KETO, Paleo and even Veganism.
When it comes to competing, Daniel works with men to help them get ready for bodybuilding and men’s physique competitions but most of his clients for general body transformation are women who want to shape up and learn the secrets from an expert.
