With over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry, David is both a well qualified and experienced Personal Trainer in Norwich. Over the years, he has seen it all with a diverse range of clients, able to work with all ages, abilities and most training goals and has even more passion for his career and clients now than when he first started!
David initially trained for his Level 3 Personal Trainer diploma with Premier International in Cyprus, where he spent three months living on campus with elite level course teachers in sports rehab massage therapy and personal training methods. Since then, he has worked at various private gym studios in London and well-known brands such as LA Fitness. Between 2006-2012 he worked at well known major Norwich gym businesses, which are now all respectively run by David Lloyd, Nuffield health and Pure Gym.
David helps his clients get fast, no-nonsense results when it comes to losing body fat, toning or building muscle, (as he had to lose a whopping 5 stone himself!) which is evident in his work and testimonials. He loves working with everyone from the least confident to the most elite level of fitness, even beyond his own and is always coaching and encouraging others to achieve their goals. it’s just in his nature…
As a result, David’s approach to personal training is centred around helping people build confidence, focus on their goals and solutions and due to his sports therapy and technical experience he can also help to solve issues with pain and mobility, conquering stress and staying young and healthy. He also draws on his love for eastern martial arts to create unique stretching and training techniques that cater to each client’s individual needs.
