James was awarded Phoenix Gym coach of the year in Dec 2021 and is a very friendly, approachable and experienced personal trainer in Norwich, who enjoys working with people from all walks of life. His main focus is on functional training and boxing fitness.

James has a genuine passion for transforming peoples fitness that motivated that started early on, with a love for Martial Arts and boxing, inspiring his functional training philosophies and full body approach to fitness.

Using his vast knowledge of sports science, circuit training, compound lifting, Kettlebell training, calisthenics, boxing and kickboxing, James’s sessions are focused, professional and 100% tailored to achieve his clients goals and targets, every time.
