Lorna has over 30 years of exercise experience, has been a female personal trainer in norwich for over 13 years and specialises in weight loss, nutrition, body shaping/toning and loves teaching the benefits of healthy living, which includes more effectively managing a stressful and busy life-style.
Over the years, Lorna has designed a balanced and effective dieting, exercise and life-style strategy that helps her clients achieve impressive results in a fun and realistic way. Many of which who benefit from the gluten and dairy free options for healthy eating and weight loss plans.
Lorna has competed in and won local and international competitions in both the Toned Figure and Bikini categories. This resulted in Lorna becoming a former PCA British Champion, so understands personally targeted weight training to achieve specific goals.

Lorna has also had an extensive Yoga background and used to teach Freestyle Fitness Yoga classes. Lorna is a dedicated trainer, the mother of a 25 year old son, is regularly described as an inspirational role model by her clients as well as a beautiful person both within and out, who brings out the best in people.
