Now in his 50’s with over 35 years experience in health and fitness, Chris is more passionate than ever about maintaining a functionally fit life-style, focused on enjoying longevity and most of all sharing his knowledge with clients. 

His motto is that “it’s never too late to get into the best shape of your life!” 

Chris thrives on creating inspiring, personalised programmes that include weight training, functional “full body” fitness training and many of his clients love his martial arts pad work sessions. Chris doesn’t believe in standing next to a cross trainer for 20 minutes like some other trainers and as a result has helped his clients achieve their dream physique, being able to do things they thought they would never be able to ever again, including things like high intensity plyometric workouts. 

Full body training along with a sensible common sense diet is the key to tightening up the stomach and wobbly bits, whilst also building lean muscle at the same time! 

Chris says every session should be enjoyable and not a chore. A time for you to develop mentally physically and emotionally in a friendly environment with someone who has your back. He has helped many many people get into shape for specific events as well as sport’s and martial arts competitions and has practiced Shotokan karate for 20 years as well as instructing all age groups. 

Chris used to work as an actor, training at drama school in London in the 90’s and has performed extensively in stage and screen and trained in various sword fighting styles for stage combat. His training in posture, balance and body language.awareness has helped boost his clients every day confidence as well as dealing with life’s challenges like live public speaking, enforcing personal boundaries, controlling nerves and helping take ownership of a space, with a positive presence and self belief.
