Tallulah has a genuine passion for personal training, due to being brought up within gym environments, by her parents working and training in the industry for many years. She, as a result, is a real natural for guiding her clients towards their goals with both a professional and personal touch.
Tallulah believes that it’s important to focus on living a healthy lifestyle to achieve and then maintain physical, health, fitness goals, whilst also balancing to, importantly, still enjoy life along the way. This means to not go too crazy with silly diets or overtraining fads, you have to find the right balance that works for you.
You can work hard to get quicker short term results, yes, but over all, you inevitably have to play the long game with exercising and healthy eating so that you can still enjoy the ride along the way and maintain those hard earned results.
Tallulah focuses intently on her clients during her personal training sessions, with each session focused clearly on what they want to achieve, from one workout to the next. She thoroughly enjoys providing guidance and carefully considers and structures programmes based on her clients physical ability, experience and desired results.
Combining the right structure of diet and exercise, in a balanced way for your lifestyle with personal encouragement and focused accountability are the cornerstones of Tallula’s training style.
Tallulah says; it’s important to take “gym time” out for yourself and also make sure you are wanting the results for yourself and nobody else. It’s about what you want for you and it’s always supportive to have someone by your side who want’s you to achieve your goals as much as you do.
