Aimee loves to live an active life and is always on the go. However, this hasn’t always been the case. Aimee struggled with her relationship with food for many years due to turbulent times in her life. After struggling with body confidence issues Aimee decided she needed to put herself first and embarked on a lifestyle change which resulted in her losing 5 stone.

This ignited a passion in Aimee for the health and fitness industry and she decided to become a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor in order to help others. Aimee loves learning and always has a new qualification in mind that she wants to undertake to pass onto others.

Aimee strongly believes exercise shouldn’t feel like a chore and should be enjoyable. With this in mind Aimee makes sure her personal training sessions and classes are a fun, friendly and sociable environment with everyone welcome.

Aimee is a very down to earth and understanding personal trainer and will give honest and motivational feedback to her clients. Aimee is available for support both in and out of the gym, so her clients never go it alone.
