Anita Stockman

Anita enlisted in the RAF when she was 17 and after a 15-year service which included several tough tours in Bosnia and the Falkland Islands, she achieved the rank of Sergeant before deciding to move on to new career challenges.

After many years working her way up in numerous organisations in roles such as acquisitions to marketing and PA to project management, Anita’s weight fluctuated up and down dramatically depending on what life challenges she was facing at the time. Anita knows all too well how difficult it is to balance full-time employment, family life and studying whilst also trying to prioritise her own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

After years of personal neglect, Anita felt unhappy with how she looked and felt and knew that she had to take control of her nutrition and exercise habits once and for all. Anita committed to seeing her own personal trainer and took part in regular group training sessions and dropped 3-4 dress sizes, finding a genuine passion for the health and fitness industry in the process.

Anita found that setting realistic goals and taking action on these with determination, moderation and consistency, she was able to not only achieve her own physical and mental goals but also enjoyed helping others do the same. Anita then achieved her personal dream of becoming a qualified personal trainer and is constantly learning new qualifications and skills that she can pass onto others.

Anita knows it can be a scary ride at times but with the right support, you can learn to love every minute of it. Having been through the transformation herself, Anita knows how to help her clients plan and implement systems that actually work for you!
