Darren Watson – Personal Trainer

An introduction to Darren

From a young age, Darren has always been very active and enjoyed playing many sports, including football, tennis, basketball and boxing.

 When he reached 30, Darren started to take a greater interest in how the body works, nutrition and movement. From this, he decided it was time for a career change and qualified as a Personal Trainer. 

 Since then, Darren has never looked back and is currently studying for his level 4 strength and conditioning diploma. Once he has completed this course, Darren plans to do a movement specialist/sports rehabilitation course. 

Darren’s goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals and move better in the process.
