George has been a competitive semi-professional football player for many years, starting football at the age of 5 years old and playing for numerous teams including Peterborough, Lincoln City and our very own Norwich City. George also played abroad in Norway to a high level for 6 months before returning to Norwich.

The lockdowns gave George a lot of time to reflect and he decided to become a personal trainer in Norwich to help other people achieve their goals and aspirations also. George is passionate about improving physical performance and also helps clients lose excess body fat, tone up their wobbly bits and improve their overall health, fitness and feel-good factor.  

His clients describe him as friendly and very professional with a keen interest in seeing them achieve their goals. “He loves seeing you achieve the little wins in order to lead to the bigger goal achievement”. 

As well as having a lot of team coaching, George invested a lot of time, money and effort into his own 1-2-1 personal training and experienced first-hand the difference it can make to performance, motivation and stamina.
