Harriet Drewry

Harriet started her journey in the fitness industry doing Crossfit back in 2013, competing in many competitions across the UK and later becoming a Crossfit coach and passing her level 1 back in 2017. Since then she studied to become a fully qualified female Personal Trainer in Norwich, as well as a Fully Qualified Olympic Weightlifting Coach to add extra tools to her Personal Training skills.

Harriet loves to experiment with different styles of training and uses her wide array of exercise modalities to really personalise her personal training sessions towards her client’s individual goals. Even though her main passion is weightlifting, Harriet loves to help people achieve their own goals, whether that be for strength training and toning, weight loss, strength, and conditioning or Olympic Weightlifting exercises to mix things up. 

Weight training is essential for weight loss, general or specific toning, to improve posture, increase energy and vitality and of course improve performance. so whilst drilling in good technique and proper movement, to get the best out of her sessions, Harriet combines this knowledge with a supportive, motivational teaching style that can only come from experience.
