James is known to be a very friendly and approachable personal trainer in Norwich, who enjoys working with people from all walks of life, with a focus on cross-modal functional training.

James started his own training business working with over 50 clients in a safe outdoor environment, for both 1 on 1 and group training via bootcamps. Using a vast knowledge of circuit training, plyometrics and calisthenics, James’s sessions are friendly, functional and fully tailored to achieve your goals and targets.

James has a passion for keeping people fit and motivated which started early, with his love for Martial Arts and boxing, which inspired his functional training philosophies and core approach to fitness.
