I have been personal training for 5 years and training myself for 13+ years starting with body building, then leading on to strength and conditioning and eventually leading on to callisthenics (body weight training) which gives me a broad spectrum of different training methods and good level of experience in these aspects.

I still remember the feeling of first stepping in to a gym and being overwhelmed by all the different machines and people who looked as if they knew exactly what they were doing, where as I had no idea what to do, only what I wanted to achieve.  So from this experience and understanding I try to work with my clients based on their ultimate goals but in such a way that it works with their current level of fitness and any limitations or barriers they may have.

My main goal as a P.T is to get you to achieve your goals and have fun doing it,  but also to empower you with the knowledge to be able to do it by yourself, with confidence and competence, having regular on going personal training is a luxury some people can’t afford so I also offer competitive rates and short intensive courses.Client Testimonial
