Keith Rowntree

Keith is a very experienced Personal Trainer offering over 25 years of experience in the industry. He is an accomplished, competitive, amateur Body Builder, achieving numerous 1st place trophies and an award for his outstanding posing techniques. Keith has worked with clients looking to achieve a wide variety of outcomes such as general “weight loss” improved fitness, gain confidence, healthier life-styles, nutritional support and supplement plans, sports and goal specific training to ensure clients are in peak condition for their sports or the armed services. Keith has trained several Body Builders to compete in shows who have all gone on to win 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in their respective categories.

Keith has learnt his skills from a wide variety trainers including body building, sports coaches, strong man, PT’s in the armed forces, professional and amateur body builders and more over the last 30 years that he has been physically involved in training himself. This has enabled him to gain real world knowledge and very practical experience in a wide variety of practices, techniques and disciplines. All of which allow him to more personalise his approach to coaching individuals. Keith is certainly no “one trick pony” so really knows how to specifically spice up and target your training.

Keith takes his clients results very seriously but provides this knowledge in a fun, realistic and achievable way. He has a great sense of humour, phenomenal work ethic and a grade – A dad to boot, so understands how challenging it can be to juggle a work, life balance as well as try to make time for yourself also.

Keith offers 1-2-1 and small group training, comprehensive nutritional advice, support and packages tailored towards your individual goals. Keith is also an accomplished posing coach and provides this in our studio at Phoenix Gym.
