Health, fitness and sport have always played a big role in Marcus’ life from an early age, whether that be the gym, rugby or boxing. After 30 years in the corporate world in various senior managerial roles, Marcus decided to follow his passion and to become a personal trainer and he has not looked back since. 

Marcus has his own story to tell.

Marcus has his own story to tell as after he seriously injuring his knee in a rugby match, his healthy diet and exercise went out the window and his weight ballooned from a whopping 12 to 18 stone! After realising changes were needed, Marcus lost over 4 stone, so can appreciate that changes take time and to do that you need to embody a healthy way of life rather than looking for a quick fix. 

Marcus specialises in fat/weight loss, muscle development and general health for men over 30 years old, and takes a holistic approach to both training and fitness. 

As well as having personal training qualifications, Marcus has a wealth of practical experience as a boxing and rugby coach and provides this knowledge to his clients in a personal and meaningful way. 

Marcus gets a rewarding sense of satisfaction seeing his clients get into good shape. His sessions are challenging and results-focused, personally tailored and structured to make you feel a sense of achievement towards your goals.
