I love being a personal trainer and as your personal trainer, my commitment is to provide guidance advice, motivation and to impact the correct mindset necessary to achieve your goals. From helping clients to lose weight, tone up or gain strength or for competing in a competition. I have always enjoyed keeping fit and can be competitive. Helping clients with their goals has made me more motivated in my own training. I am always looking to expand my knowledge. I started doing weight training when phoenix gym was once called body rush when I was only 19.

When I turned 25 I started training MMA and kick boxing, after 2 years of training I had my first K1 kickboxing fight at Norwich Contenders 89, which I won by TKO in the second round. After injuries I decided to compete in BNBF (British Bodybuilding Natural federation) Which has helped me have a much better understanding of how to build the body and the nutrition surrounding that.
