Paul’s love affair with fitness started almost three decades ago changing from being a heavy meat and dairy eater to consuming a whole foods, plant-based diet.
He is now considered something of an authority on all things vegan. Paul runs a very popular YOU TUBE channel and has appeared on several TV and radio stations to talk about it, including the BBC World Service’s News hour show which reaches 166 million people.
In 2015 he helped inspire the then reigning Mr. Universe Barny du Plessis to go vegan and spent six months as his training partner and also advised Norwich City Football Club player and Scotland International soccer player Russell Martin on his transition to veganism.
Paul is happy to train omnivorous eaters and vegans alike but is keen to promote the health benefits of a plant-based diet citing that many of his clients have reversed diseases such as t2 diabetes, arthritis, liver disease and ulcerative colitis. Paul feels like this is his life mission!
