About Erik Mata.

Training and encompassing a healthy lifestyle out of the gym has been a priority for Erik since he was 14, enabling him to train for various goals; initially bodybuilding and now powerlifting. This has allowed him to develop his knowledge and methodology to build both muscle and strength through trialling various programmes and techniques throughout the years.

Erik’s expertise has lead him to become: 2x British champion, an international lifter for Great Britain and a European and World squat medallist.

Clients achievements.

Similarly, his clients have achieved significant results including regional powerlifting records, becoming regional champions and a 3-stone fat loss within 12-weeks while gaining strength.

Sports massage.

Sports massage can be essential to maintaining a healthy body and an effective training regime. This said Erik is a fully qualified sports masseuse and a specialist for injury rehabilitation.

This area of experience and expertise is essential helping individuals with injuries to over-come them meaning they’re able to achieve their fitness-based goals and become pain-free
