Cabe Rayner

Cabe is a personal trainer in Norwich with seven years experience and his passion for helping people with their fitness, strength and confidence has only increased since the day he started!

Cabe loves to focus on high intensity metabolic workouts, which include diverse styles of olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, body weight training and kettlebells. Cabe also understands the importance of mobility, flexibility and core training to both improve performance as well as reduce the risk of injury for his clients!

Cabe specialises in helping people to lose weight, improve their muscle tone, fitness and physical performance through high energy, heart pumping, challenging workouts which are exciting, help avoid boring plateaus, pushing you to safe and rewarding limits.

Cabe is a very down to earth personal trainer, who has an understanding yet very motivational training style and provides important, honest feedback when needed to help you not only with your training but your mind set, attitude, nutritional and life-style habits.
