Marcin Burda

Marcin’s passion for personal training stems from a genuine love for fitness and strong desire to help others achieve goals.

Marcin is great believer in old Polish saying “a healthy mind in a healthy body”. He understands a importance of physical activity and good nutrition for our health.  As a vegan, Marcin is especially well equipped to help you if you follow a vegan/vegetarian diet. Through his own experience Marcin learnt how to change unhealthy habits and maintain healthy life style.  

Now as qualified personal trainer he would like to use his knowledge to help others achieve their fitness and health goals. In addition to his knowledge about general health and fitness, fat loss, toning he specialises in Calisthenics and Kettlebell training!

Marcin’s passion for calisthenics is reflected in his programming for clients who like a bodyweight challenge or to be able to workout anywhere on the go with little equipment. Therefore combinations of gym training with body weight exercises will keep you engage and will make training more fun.
