Pip is a level 4 qualified personal trainer which basically means she really knows her stuff and excels in weight management, GP referral, Diabetes, pre- and post-natal, nutritional plans and enjoys corrective exercise to help alleviate pain and discomfort. She trains a diverse range of clients not only focusing on the physical advantages and benefits of exercise but the psychological as well.

Many of Pip’s clients want to increase their self image, self esteem, confidence and energy. Fortunately, Pip has years of experience to draw upon when training her clients and is very results focused but works to a pace that is comfortable and realistic for your current ability.
