Sarah Loades Personal Trainer

Sarah Loades has had a passion for sport and fitness from a very early age, always on the go and captain of every team going at school! During her late twenties, due to several life events, she discovered comfort eating and gained a large amount of weight. It was years later, after what she describes as her “moment,” that she decided to do something about it. Nine months later, she had lost just under 5.5 stone, regained her health and fitness, become a cyclist, a runner and a gym addict! Fast forward a few more months, and with the old fire re-ignited, Sarah qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and a dream she had in her teens breathed life for the first time.

Sarah has been operating as a mobile trainer working with a broad spectrum of clients, from those with short term specific fitness goals, to those with long term weight and health issues. Her passion is to support people who, like her, feel the need to ‘take life back’ and get in shape while they lose weight. It’s not just about the body, it’s about the mind too, and Sarah is a great believer that the whole battle actually takes place in the mind and is both fought and won there. Sarah also looks after three local Slimming World groups and is qualified to provide nutritional advice that works both inside and outside their plan.

Sarah loves a challenge!

She is passionate about working with people who are keen to work hard, test their own limits and go beyond the limitations we so frequently place on ourselves. She believes that nothing is impossible, and her philosophy is “if I can do it, anyone can!” Sarah’s own fitness regime includes a lot of HIIT training as well as functional work and resistance work using free weights.
