Personal Trainer Sasha
Sasha has been involved in sports since he was six years old. He has trained in Karate for ten years attaining a BlackBelt and became Lithuanian/Polish and Baltic countries’ champion. Sasha then turned his skills to Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing Kickboxing K-1, competing in many national and international competitions in Europe and the UK. Last few years he focused on Mens Physique (Fitness Model) competitions and in June 2017 in Great Yarmouth competing for the first time placing 3rd.

As a Personal Trainer Sasha aims is to inspire and motivate his clients in the gym environment both mentally and physically to equip them with the confidence and knowledge they need to achieve their health and fitness goals. Sasha believes that progressing towards or maintaining fitness and physique goals are essential for a person’s self-confidence and overall physical and mental well-being and can be a substantial influencing factor on success and happiness in other areas of life. As a qualified personal trainer, Sasha recognises the need for a safe and well-tailored training programme relative to a person’s current lifestyle and level of physical fitness. Sasha takes time to produce his training programmes and prides himself on the fact that they are all bespoke and are made to meet the needs of each client. No one person is the same, and therefore no one programme fits all.
