Shaun is 50 years old, and he has been involved in fitness for over 30 years, having owned a gym for 15 years.

Shaun helps numerous clients train to their potential and enhance themselves to look better and feel better.

As a personal trainer, he aims to help you get the best from your training to achieve your goals. Make a difference in your training and enhance your well-being.

He has taught Kids and teens Krav Maga for two years, which was very rewarding to see them progress.

Shaun has a passion for all sorts of fitness from bodybuilding to HITT training, functional fitness to boxing training, pad work to abs workouts.
