Rich Fisher

Rich (aka Fisher Fitness) is a very experienced personal trainer living in Norwich, who started out thriving as a coach in London back in 2011. Rich has since managed several gyms and constantly kept up to date with the ever changing and developing world of the health and fitness industry.

Keen to share his knowledge, Rich is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals as well as helping where he can with nutrition and lifestyle changes, which are a must when it comes to success!

Rich is also in the process of setting up a company called “Gain Supplements” which is in it’s early stages. Gain supplements will be able to provide you with free knowledge and information on all things fitness and nutrition, whilst providing great value supplements that can help accelerate your results by giving you exactly what your body needs. By combining peak nutritional and supplemental advice along with targeted exercise programmes, personalised to your individual needs Rich can help you take your training to the next level.
