Robert has a strong passion for helping others and sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience gained over 12 years in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and a gym manager. With a focus on your wellbeing and maintaining a relaxed healthy attitude towards training and nutrition, your goal is as much his. 

Robert started his career thriving in highly competitive central London gyms, working with more than 500 clients and proactively continuing his professional development with the latest courses to keep his knowledge at the forefront of the industry.

Robert ensures his skills and knowledge are relevant for clients so that they get the most value and benefit out of his sessions possible. A good example of this is that Robert is also qualified in nutrition and can help design meal plans.  

Because Robert is able to draw on his own experience in climbing mountains, running a marathon, OCR events, has military experience and is an operational Fire Fighter, Robert will never give you a boring session and will always be able to motivate you to achieve your goals and beyond.  

His personal and professional skills are best suited for those trying to lose weight and begin a healthier lifestyle, build muscle or prepare for sporting events!
