Ryan has been involved within the fitness industry for the last six years, before his fitness journey, Ryan competed in several sports at a professional level such as football and athletics. Since the day he first stepped into a gym till this present time, Ryan has gained seven stone of lean muscle mass which exceeded his original goals.

Within this time, Ryan has gained an extensive amount of knowledge and experimented personally with many different training approaches in which he incorporates into clients plans. This has allowed him to be very adaptive and diverse to helping achieve his client’s goals.
