Thomas has been involved in some kind of fitness for most of his life. He was the first athletics champion ever at his primary school, competed in the boxing ring from the age of 13, completed more than a few half marathons, and a few years ago, turned his attention to training others in pursuit of their goals.

Thomas draws on his years of experience to offer nutritional advice, support, and programmes, tailor-made to help clients achieve what they desire. Thomas goes by the philosophy that his clients have trusted him with shaping their lives, so he always makes it his obligation to ensure that he can offer them all he can, whilst giving them an example they can aspire too.

Thomas intelligently exudes a genuine passion to help others work smarter rather than just harder, from losing weight, gaining more muscle, or improving boxing technique and overall athletic performance. He offers an array of different training methods from weight training, Calisthenics, and Boxing, coalescing them all to form effective exercise programmes that are results-driven.

Thomas is a very sociable, charismatic trainer who not only cares about results but is tenacious about their achievement.
