Rated Best Gym In Norwich Near You.

Established in late August of 2013.

Phoenix Gym in Norwich was established in late August of 2013, taking over from previous owners that came into financial difficulty. The gym was rescued now providing the perfect alternative to cold and clinical corporate gyms.

As you can see from the video, the Norwich Gym was very dated and needed a hell of a lot of work to turn it around and almost literally rise from the ashes.

There were only 150 members remaining and just one female member, with a very male-dominated atmosphere. There were no systems in place for things like cleaning and maintenance. Most of the best equipment had been sold off to pay bills and there were no free membership parking spaces.

Originally there were just 2 rooms and with an ambitious extension into the third room where there is now a dedicated leg section, a functional zone and a fully equipped boxing zone.

During the Covid-19, lockdowns we were able to make extensive refurbishments and really “Raise our Game” for our members.

Phoenix has now been independently rated the Best Gym in Norwich for 5 Years Running by the company “Three Best Rated”.

Out of all the gyms in Norwich, Phoenix boasts the largest variety of quality equipment along with a super friendly atmosphere, the most qualified team of personal trainers and now has amp0le free member parking.
