Megan studied at The Cambridge School of Sports Massage which is affiliated with the ISRM, qualifying with a BTEC level 5 diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage. She creates tailored treatment plans to fit each clients individual’s needs, rather than just performing a conventional massage routine.
Sophie has over 5 years professional experience coaching clients and is passionate about working with people who struggle with pain and injuries. With experience and practise Sophie has helped many clients to become free of pain and return to daily activities successfully.
Igor has over 12 years of martial arts and gym training experience as well as over 6 years actively personal training. Developing clients’ self-belief and self-worth, as well as their resilience and mental toughness is paramount to the “Alves-Army” philosophy.
Thomas offers an array of different training methods from weight training, Calisthenics and Boxing – coalescing them all to form effective exercise programmes that are results driven.
