Jordan decided to become a personal trainer to help inspire and educate others to change their life for the better through exercise. He specialises in working with clients wanting to achieve fat loss, improve muscle hypertrophy or improve boxing performance.
Sasha has been involved in sports since he was six years old. He has trained in Karate for ten years attaining a BlackBelt and became Lithuanian/Polish and Baltic countries’ champion.

Marcin’s passion for personal training stems from a genuine love for fitness and strong desire to help others achieve their goals. He specialises in Calisthenics and Kettlebell training.
Cabe loves to focus on high intensity metabolic workouts, which include diverse styles of Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, body weight training and kettlebells. Cabe also understands the importance of mobility, flexibility and core training to both improve performance as well as reduce the risk of injury for his clients!
Ryan has been involved within the fitness industry for the last six years, before his fitness journey, Ryan competed in several sports at a professional level such as football and athletics.
