Lesha’s extensive background in dance, teaching people how to move in various ways, has carried over fantastically to his personal training skills – ensuring correct form, injury prevention and to maximise results.
Sophie has over 5 years professional experience coaching clients and is passionate about working with people who struggle with pain and injuries. With experience and practise Sophie has helped many clients to become free of pain and return to daily activities successfully.
Ryan has been involved within the fitness industry for the last six years, before his fitness journey, Ryan competed in several sports at a professional level such as football and athletics.
Shaun helps numerous clients train to their potential and enhance themselves to look better and feel better. Shaun has a passion for all sorts of fitness from bodybuilding to HITT training, functional fitness to boxing training, pad work to abs workouts.
Jordan decided to become a personal trainer to help inspire and educate others to change their life for the better through exercise. He specialises in working with clients wanting to achieve fat loss, improve muscle hypertrophy or improve boxing performance.
Keith offers 1-2-1 and small group training, comprehensive nutritional advice, support and packages tailored towards your individual goals. Keith has trained several Body Builders to compete is an accomplished posing coach and provides this in our studio at Phoenix Gym.
Cabe loves to focus on high intensity metabolic workouts, which include diverse styles of Olympic lifting, strength and conditioning, body weight training and kettlebells. Cabe also understands the importance of mobility, flexibility and core training to both improve performance as well as reduce the risk of injury for his clients!
Anita knows it can be a scary ride at times but with the right support you can learn to love every minute of it. Anita knows how to help her clients plan and implement systems that actually work for you!
