A FIT BODY Bootcamp

A FIT BODY Bootcamp is a full body circuit based workout that incorporates free weights, cable machines, TRX, battling ropes, HIIT cardio such as a versa climber and spin bikes, power bags, medicine balls, bodyweight movements, kettlebells, agility ladder, plyo box, core training equipment and more! This workout is great if you know you need to tone up and build your strength but find conventional gym workouts boring.
