Tabata

Tabata is a full body, bodyweight workout using high intensity interval training, a stop watch and high energy music to boost your fitness, strength and endurance. Exercises are either performed in super sets or classic 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off format. The Instructor may vary the intensity times based on who is in the class and exercise variations will be given so that all abilities can take part and get a great workout.
